TIME:
This post is about, how much time it takes to keep your blog updated and your social media. Bi weekly is good as you don't want to over do it. We all have busy lives, and time can be off a premium. The last thing you want is for your blog and social Media to take over.
Try to plan posts and write them on days you have time to, then if you can schedule tem to post on different days during the week.
TREATS:
Not food, lol, but things like free books, book marks, signed book plates. These can be prizes of competitions run on your blog.
UNEXPECTED:
Talk about writers block, how to cure it (my fave is doing a interview with your characters about the part of your novel you are stuck in, also a news report...then there is also the skip ahead to another chapter you actually like), and plot holes.
USER-FRIENDLY:
Making sure that your blog and site are easily navigated, and your followers know where to find stuff.
VALUE:
Your blog should add value be it entertainment, education or inspiration.
VOICE:
Voice here means the one you write with or your writing style. While it's lovely being compared to other writers, the next whatever, whomever, it's also nice to be known for you...how you sound, how you write, your own style.
