Now that NaNo is over for another year (yey) and we've had time to breathe, let me tell you what we on the Galway Wrimo's Discord have planned for January and February, we're going to take that rough draft and give it a bit of polish, we will be using the PDF workbook available on the official 'what now' NaNo webpage, and working our way through it together.
The only way to the Discord Channel is through the official website, by joining up, and putting Europe: Ireland: Galway as your home region. When you go to our regional social media page, you will find a link, once you have joined, you can introduce yourself, take on some roles, and then sign the pledge.
Not to worry if during NaNo you didn't get your novel first draft finished, I will run an evening or two of write alongs, timed but where you don't have to list how many words you've written. The more words, the more you will have when you are ready to revise.
The reason behind doing this is because some of the wrimos weren't sure what to do next, and we all agree we work better in a group. So, why not. I'm really looking forward to getting going on this. We'll be starting on the 2nd of January for an hour (its a Sunday).
